Training Programmes for
Instructors
The Instructors of
Industrial Training Institutes are provided technical assistance through short-term
training courses in
(*)
Skill upgradation ; and
(**) Instructional skills (Pedagogy).
Duration
of these programmes depends on the requirements of the
States.
A special centre, called the
media Resource centre, has been established at selected Institutes, which
provides training in usage and preparation of Audio-Visual Aids to the
Instructors of industrial training institutes. The duration of these
programmes is normally 2 weeks.
