ADMISSION NOTICE :

“MODULAR PATTERN CRAFT INSTRUCTOR TRAINING COURSE.”

(Session August 2013 to July 2014)

The Craft Instructor Training Course, consisting of Four Module each of three month duration, will be conducted at Advanced Training Institute, Ludhiana, commencing 1^st Quarter w.e.f. 1^st August 2013.

The academic session (1^st August 2013 to 31^st July 2014) is divided as under:-

First Quarter-1^st August 2013 to 31^st October 2013	Second Quarter- 1^st November 2013 to 31^st January 2014
Third Quarter-1^st February 2014 to 30^th April 2014	Fourth Quarter- 1^st May 2014 to 31^st July, 2014

The details of four modules alongwith seating capacity are as under:-

I Training Methodology (TM) - common for all trades

II Engineering Technology (ET) – For Group- given below

III Trade Technology (TT-I) maximum intake 20

IV Trade Technology (TT-II) maximum intake 20

The institute will run only following modules w.e.f. August 2013

I. Training Methodology (TM)

II. Engineering Technology (ET)

III. Trade Technology (TT-I) in trade of Turner, Electrician, Machinist, Fitter, Welder, Mechanic Motor Vehicle, Mechanic Farm Machinery, Tool & Die Maker, Tractor Mechanic and Diesel Mechanic.

ELIGIBILITY: Eligibility criteria for admissions in all the modules Training Methodology (TM), Engineering Technology (ET), Trade Technology as under:

(a) Possessing National Trade Certificate for the relevant trade.

(b) Possessing National Apprenticeship Certificate in the relevant trade.

(d) Merit will be prepared based on mark obtained in Matric, 10+2(SSC), Graduation and Technical qualification as per NCVT norms for the private candidate.

AGE: 18 to 40 years in case of general candidates and 5 years age relaxation will be given to SC/ST candidates as per rules.

RESERVATION : The reservation of seat for different category are as per NCVT norm, given below:

FEE & DEPOSITS : The tuition fee for candidates deputed by State Governments/UT Administration is Nil and fee for all other nominees/candidates is as under:

HOSTEL FACILITIES : Moderate Hostel Accommodation with limited seats are available at a nominal rent of Rs.100/- per month per person and Rs.10/- per annum as Service Charges which will be provided on first come first basis. Hosteller are also required to deposit Rs.25/- (Refundable) as Hostel Caution Money. Hostel facility is not available for girls trainees. Trainees have to make their own arrangement in case hostel is fully occupied.

HOW TO APPLY: Candidates seeking admission may apply on prescribed application form available in the office of Director, Advanced Training Institute, Gill road, Ludhiana with cost of Rs.100/- (One hundred only) payable by Cash/DD of any bank/IPO in favour of Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Advanced training Institute, Gill road, Ludhiana payable at Ludhiana. Application form may also be obtained by post on remittance of Rs.100/- (cost of application form) and enclosing self addressed envelop of the size 11cm X 25cm for sending the application form.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS :-

i) All the Heads of the private affiliated ITCs and candidates of Govt. of India undertaking and other related organizations may nominate their vocational instructor in prescribed form for the trade module available at this institute. The application/nomination received before opening or after closing date of advertisement will not be considered for admission. The date of opening will be taken up the date of advertisement in the Employment News.

ii) Candidates are required to fill up form in their own handwriting.

iii) Incomplete/unsigned application form will be rejected without entertaining further correspondence.

iv) The refund of application fee, shall not be permitted in any case.

v) Candidate must attach character certificate issued by Head of Institute last attended.

vi) No Objection Certificate from the employer may be submitted at the time of interview, failing which, they will not be considered for interview.

vii) Application completed in all respect, must reach in the office of Director, Advanced Training Institute, Gill Road, Ludhiana by 5:00 PM, on dated 30.06.2013.

viii) The candidate (Pvt./ITC deputed) must specify the name of one particular module at space provided in application form and their admission will be considered in same module only.

ix) The admission will remain open for vacant seats to be filled up in II/III/IV modular session/quarter and candidate seeking admission in these modular session/quarter may get registration by submitting application form alongwith certificate/documents and registration fee so as to reach at this Institute by 10^th of “October 2013, 10^th Jan. 2014 and 10^th April 2014” for II/III/IV quarter respectively. The admissions for II/III/IV, quarter will be opened w.e.f. 10^TH Sept. 2013, 10^th December 2013 and 10^th March 2013 respectively, the application will not be entertained if received before opening or after closing date of the aforesaid period.

x) There will be NO AGE LIMIT for the Candidates sponsored by the State Director dealing with Craftsmen Training Scheme.

xi) The application Form must contain attested copies of Certificate with two attested passport size photograph pasted on the Application Form. SC/ST candidates must enclose the attested copy of the Caste Certificate duly signed by Competent Authority.

xii) Application form can be downloaded from ATI Ludhiana link at website www.dget.gov.in. The same should be sent to Director, ATI, Gill Road, Ludhiana along with all relevant documents/certificates & application fee of Rs. 100/- in form of IPO/DD in favor of DDO, ATI Ludhiana

xii) The last date of receipt of applications is 30.06.2013.

xiii) The institute will not be responsible for Postal delay.

xiv) Director, Advanced Training Institute, Ludhiana reserves the right to discontinue or alter any trade at its discretion without assigning any reason and notice.
